U nicorn Permit Solutions began as a Permit Runner service in Houston, Texas. Initially we focused on simply getting permit applications to cities and delivering them as soon as they were ready to pickup. We noticed the same mistakes were being made at different municipalities and therefore we started reviewing documentation for missing information. This became a win win situation for our clients and helped plan reviewers therefore reducing permitting review times due to reduced rejection rates.
